Ask if you need pre-authorization for outpatient mental health office visit.
Please inquire if your insurance plan covers Teletherapy
Find out your deductible, how much of deductible has been met and how much your co-pay or co-insurance is.

Out of Network Benefits:
You may contact your insurance company and inquire if you have out of network benefits. I will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance & in some cases &I may be able to bill your insurance electronically. Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You are responsible for full session fee at the time of service, your insurance carrier will reimburse you at out of network rate.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is Teletherapy covered by my plan?
- Do I have Out of Network Benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much is my co-pay or co -insurance?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval or preauthorization required ?

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Psychotherapy Rates
$200 per 60 minute Intake
$150 per 55 minute session
$125 per 40 minute session
$75 per 30 minute Session
Hypnotherapy Rates
$250 Hypnotherapy Intake @ 60-90 min. includes :
Psychosocial Assessment, Education about Hypnosis & Body Mind Connection, Treatment Planning for hypn0therapy.
$200 Hypnotherapy Regression Work @ 1 hour 30 min.
$150 Hypnotherapy Sessions @ 60 min.
Please be aware Hypnotherapy is generally NOT covered by insurance.
* Due to the sensitive nature of this work I am not offering hypnotherapy regression services or Beyond Quantum Hypnosis via telehealth.
Energy Psychology
$250 intake @ 60 -90 min. Assessment, psychoeducation, treatment planning
$200 Energy Psychology Session @ 1hr 30 min
$150 Energy Psychology Session @ 45-60 min.
Please be aware that Energy Psychology is generally not covered by insurance.
Truama Informed Mindfulness Meditation
$75 Individual 60 min session
Note Meditation may not be covered by your insurance carrier.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hour notification prior to cancellation. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $50. In the event of an unforeseen emergency or illness please let me know & we will discuss & reschedule as needed.
